- Delivery Policy – Services Your clothes are directly collected and delivered using the laundry shop you choose using Ghaseeel mobile app. Ghaseeel is not responsible for any harm/damaga or loss of any clothes or any related items during this activity. There is no delivery charges to be paid by the client, direct or indirect to any laundry shop user placed order with, using ghaseeel mobile app. Delivery time is decided by respective laundry and user is aware at the time of placing order. Ghaseeel provides laundries to provide urgent and normal delivery timings. Ghaseeel, at all times, do not bear the resposibility of pickup or delivery. The normal and urgent delivery timings will be decided by the laundry shops by themseleves and user is aware of those when placing laundry service request. All the receipts and order confirmation are sent to user by email.
- Refund Policy Ghaseeel operate on no-refund policy. However, this can be considered on case to case basis, and in an event of dispute, Ghaseeel decision will be final for the laundry and the user involved in a dispute. Refund is only possible to user, if the order placed using debit/credit card and later the order cancelled by the laundry service provider.Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. All the refunds complain must be dealt within 48 hours receiving the delivery.
- Cancellation Policy Users cannot cancel any order after the order numnber is generated. User's are requested to be aware of this point as the user will be legally bound to pay the amount to the laundry shop and/or ghaseeel after the order number is generated. If the order is cancelled by the laundry provider, then the user will be compensated if already paid by the credit/debit card.
- Payment Confirmation Once the payment is made or the order is placed, an email confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment or order.
